Salone delle Feste is the largest and most representative event room at
I Portici Hotel. Located on the second floor of Palazzo Maccaferri, it welcomes guests into a bright environment embellished with Liberty-style frescoes and overlooking the greenery of Parco della Montagnola.
The direct connection with the terrace and the independent access make welcoming guests and enjoying moments of relaxation easy and natural, even on the largest occasions.
With its 200 square meters and 5-meter-high ceiling, the Salone delle Feste is conceived for conferences, presentations, conventions, representational moments, fashion shows, cocktail events, and gala dinners. It may host up to 200 guests in theater or cocktail setup, 180 in cabaret style, 50 classroom-style, and 30 in imperial table format. The room features a projector, 16:9 screen, sound system, head table for up to 6 speakers, raised modular stage, dedicated-line Wi-Fi, water and basic stationery, a hospitality desk in the foyer outside, and a coat check at the back of the room.
Sala Indipendenza is a functional, private space. Located on level -1 of Palazzo Maccaferri, it receives natural light from above, creating an intimate yet not enclosed atmosphere with an essential, contemporary character.
The Hospitality Area outside makes it possible to manage welcomes, registrations, and transitions with discretion.
Covering 80 square meters, Sala Indipendenza is ideal for meetings, workshops, presentations, training days, and press conferences. It may host up to 60 people in theater setup, 24 in horseshoe, classroom, or imperial-table configuration, and 20 in cabaret style. The room includes an 85-inch LCD monitor, sound system, head table for up to 4 speakers, raised stage, dedicated-line Wi-Fi, water and basic stationery, a hospitality desk in the foyer outside, and a coat check.
Sala Garden is a modern, private room.
Located on the ground floor of Palazzo Maccaferri, it benefits from natural light and direct access from outside. An especially convenient room for briefings, work meetings, operational meetings, and small-group business appointments. Enhancing the space is Cipresso, a work by Nicola Toffolini, which introduces a discreet contemporary artistic detail.
With its 38 square meters, Sala Garden hosts up to 14 guests in imperial-table setup. It is equipped with projector, screen, wireless presentation remote, dedicated-line Wi-Fi, water and basic stationery, and a hospitality desk. The room also includes a Standard Coffee Station with coffee, tea, herbal infusions, water, juices, fresh orange juice, brioche, and in-house biscuits. It is conceived for intimate formats that do not require a sound system or microphones.
Sala Loggione is the most intimate and surprising among the meeting rooms at I Portici Hotel in Bologna. It is located on the first floor of Palazzo Maccaferri and, through a glass wall, offers a privileged view over Teatro Eden Kursaal, the antique late-19th-century cafe-chantant.
The Liberty-style frescoed ceiling and intimate proportions create a quiet, almost suspended atmosphere, perfect for meetings that require privacy and high standards.
With a surface area of 24 square meters, Sala Loggione hosts up to 10 guests in imperial-table setup. It is ideal for board meetings, interviews, private meetings, and small moments of discussion. It features a 65-inch LCD monitor, HDMI cable, table with electrical and USB outlets, wireless presentation remote, dedicated-line Wi-Fi, water and basic stationery. This room also includes a Standard Coffee Station with coffee, tea, herbal infusions, water, juices, fresh orange juice, brioche, and in-house biscuits.
